Melissa Data (Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.) released Express Entry, software that improves the speed and accuracy of data entry in the contact center.

Powered by the vendor's address- correction engine, Express Entry reduces the number of keystrokes needed to input a mailing address and then validates the completed record to U.S. Postal Service specification. Express Entry is Windows-based and works on top of most CRM programs and databases, the company says.
